The following, which had been returned to second reading and held              
with pending Amendment No. 2 until later (page 4363), was again                
before the House in second reading:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31(FIN)                                    
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to voter approval of amendments of the Alaska Statehood               
Act affecting an interest of the State of Alaska under that Act.               
                                                                               
Objection to Amendment No. 2 was withdrawn.  There being no                    
further objection, it was adopted.                                             
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSJR
31(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose            
of considering Amendment No. 3.  There being no objection, it was so           
ordered.
